Warranty

Though we take all care to deliver the agreed and customized product, under unforseen circumstances we will provide service against manufacturing defects based on the case per case basis. Under no circumstances the product will be taken back.

Warranty for ABM Products as below

* Motor, Wheel and Drive( Semi Automatic and Fully Automaic ) for 1 Year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

* Normal Wear and Tear of Rubber parts, Cables and Fuses are not covered.

* Ball feeders motors are covered for 6 months from the date of delivery.

* Ball feeders powering cable and Adapters are not covered under warranty.

Shipping

Based on the order confirmation, the Product is made and shipped via surface/air/rail/waterways. The duration of shipment is under 15 days from the order received. We believe in open communincation and with transparency we ship the product to Customers location. However, the freight charges has to be borne by the customer. Incase, the Customer prefers the delivery by his channel, it should be communincated and discussed while ordering the product as the charges needs to be revisited. Delivery delays beyond our control is not challangeable any where.
